Editors' note: The main feature of selfishness is wanting to be centre-stage, thinking the world revolves around you. Selfish people exist only for themselves. Selfishness can be in one’s essence, inherited. It is one of the most common chief features today, fostered by the current profit-oriented environment. Selfishness is also instinctive, operating in all animals. We too are animals, but have the possibility of being men. Selfless service and externally considering are good ways of breaking down selfishness. Many people take the opportunity to serve without looking for rewards, doing volunteer community work and helping others. Love is the sure way out.
