Loonderperzo is the Moon; Anulios is always facing the Sun so we cannot see it. On another scale the painting depicts life striking a person and their emotional and intellectual parts being separated from the body. The Earth, being the third planet from the Sun, is at the interval in the octave or law of seven. Abdullah contends that this is why man has the choice to work on himself or stay asleep.
