Excerpts from this book
From The way

Neil began corresponding with Pir O Murshid Mushraff Khan and discovered he was the Man No. 5 who could help him. His pendulum told him that he must have a physical contact with Murshid Mushraff, so he decided to visit him in 1968. Every day when Neil sent Mushraff Khan his love, he recieved an answer in his heart. This went on for several months, until one day nothing happened. After two weeks a letter from Shahzadi Khan told him her husband had passed away.

From the Third Octave.

Day 20
Today, halfway through the fast, Neil felt very well. He was not hungry, thus showing that when one fasts for God one is given other food on a very fine vibration.
